Driscoll’s is a family owned and operated company that’s been in business for over 100 years. They came to us looking for ways to better connect with their consumers on a personal level at the point of purchase. The experience needed to be memorable, repeatable, sustainable and measurable.
We designed an interactive berry case for Driscoll’s that delivers a personal experience to the consumer. When they reach into the berry case to pick up a product, a motion sensor activates a visual experience that coincides with that particular product. The local produce manager appears on screen to talk to the consumer about the respective berries. While the consumer is deciding which berries to purchase, related recipes appear on screen. It displays berry prices and is easily updateable onsite or offsite through our cloud based platform.
